抗冲刷桥墩表面损伤修复材料的试验研究

    摘要:为了修复易受流砂冲刷的山区桥墩表面损伤,基于正交设计思路,采用耐磨耗性能试验、抗氯离子渗透性测试以及微观分析,对超低水胶比工程水泥基复合材料性能进行研究。结果表明:该修复材料的抗折、抗压强度远高于普通混凝土,耐磨性能良好,且具有极好的抗渗性,可以用作受流砂冲刷的山区桥墩表面损伤修复材料。

Experimental study on repairing material with high anti-scour performance for
surface damage of bridge piers

   Abstract:To repair surface damage of piers exposed to flowing sand flushing in mountain areas,engineered cementitious composites(ECC) with very low water/cement ratio were researched based on the orthogonal design method by various means,including abrasion resistance test,chloride ion permeability test and microscopic test. The results indicate that the flexural strength and compressive strength of the repairing material are much stronger than ordinary concrete,with excellent wear-resisting performance and anti-penetrability performance,so it can be effectively applied to repair surface damage of bridge pier exposed to flowing sand flushing in mountain area.
