抗裂型高强灌浆料的研发

    摘要:以0~10 μm的超细复合粉、复合膨胀剂、沸石粉、聚丙烯纤维为原材料,配制出抗裂型高强灌浆料,研究各原材料对灌浆料性能的影响。结果表明:使用20 kg/t的超细复合粉后,灌浆料的配合比设计中总胶材用量可减少30 kg/t,水泥用量节约30 kg/t,同时提高灌浆料的流动性;使用20 kg/t复合膨胀剂和10 kg/t沸石粉可使灌浆料72 h的收缩值较空白样降低46%;使用0.6 kg/t聚丙烯纤维可有效提高灌浆料的抗裂性能。

Study on the anti-cracking type high-strength grouting material

   Abstract:This paper used 0~10 μm ultra-fine composite fume,compound expansion agent,zeolite powder and polypropylene fiber to make a kind of anti-cracking type high-strength grouting material. Effects of different raw materials on the properties of the grouting material are researched. Experimental results showed that:by using 20 kg ultra-fine composite fume per ton in formula of grouting material,the total cementing materials dosage in the mix ratio design can be reduced 30 kg per ton,the amount of cement can be saved 30 kg per ton while the flow rate of grouting material increased. By using 20 kg compound expansion agent and 10 kg zeolite powder per ton,it can reduce the 72 h early autogenous shrinkage-rate of grouting material by 46%. By using 0.6 kg polypropylene fiber per ton can improve the anti-cracking properties of grouting material.
