棉秸秆纤维增强脱硫石膏复合材料研究

    摘要:将棉秸秆纤维掺入脱硫石膏中制备复合材料,研究棉秸秆纤维掺入方法及掺量对脱硫石膏复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,当采用纤维后掺入法、棉秸秆纤维掺量为0.2%时,脱硫石膏的抗折和抗压强度分别为4.42、15.5 MPa;将棉秸秆纤维经5%NaOH溶液浸泡22 h处理后,脱硫石膏的抗折和抗压强度分别为4.88、17.9 MPa,较未经碱处理的纤维增强试件分别提高了10.40%和15.48%;脱硫石膏的导热系数为0.2119 W/(m·K),较未掺纤维的试件降低了9.79%。

Research on the cotton stalk fiber reinforced gypsum composite material

   Abstract:Cotton stalk fiber was added into the FGD gypsum to prepare composite material. The effects of cotton stalk fiber addition method and dosage on the performance of FGD gypsum composites are studied. The results show that:when the dosage of cotton stalk fibers is 0.2%,the flexural strength and compressive strength of FGD gypsum are 4.42 MPa and 15.5 MPa respectively. When the cotton fiber immersed in 5% NaOH solution for 22 h is added,the flexural strength and compressive strength of FGD gypsum are 4.88 MPa and 17.9 MPa respectively,enhanced by 10.40% and 15.48% compared to the unmodified specimen;the thermal conductivity of FGD gypsum is 0.2119 W/(m·K),decreased by 9.79% compared with the one without fiber.
