磷石膏基复合胶凝材料强度的影响因素研究

    摘要:以磷石膏、矿渣粉、水泥熟料和生石灰为主要原料,CaCl2、Na2SO4、NaF和水玻璃为外 加剂,制备了磷石膏基复合胶凝材料,研究了各材料掺量对复合胶凝材料抗压强度的影响,并用灰关联熵分析得出外加剂中影响抗压强度的主要因素。结果表明:磷石膏的加入降低了抗压强度,尤其当其掺量大于50%时抗压强度大幅降低;随着水泥熟料和生石灰掺量的增加,抗压强度先提高后降低,当其掺量分别为15%和4%时,抗压强度最高;4种外加剂掺量对抗压强度的影响规律相似,都存在一最佳掺量使抗压强度达到最大值;4种外加剂复掺,当CaCl2、Na2SO4、NaF和水玻璃掺量分别为0.5%、0.2%、0.2%和0.6%时,抗压强度最高;外加剂对抗压强度影响的强弱程度依次为:CaCl2>Na2SO4>水玻璃>NaF。

Study on the influence factors of strength of phosphogypsum-based composite cementitious material

   Abstract:With phosphogypsum,slag,cement and lime as main raw materials,CaCl2,Na2SO4,NaF and water glass as the admixture to prepare phosphogypsum-based composite cementing material,and to study the effect of the material content on the compressive strength of cementitious materials,and using grey relation entropy analysis to obtain the main influencing factors affecting the compressive strength of additive. The results show that the addition of phosphogypsum reduces the compressive strength,especially when the content is more than 50%. The compressive strength first increases then decreases with the increase of cement clinker and lime content. When the content is 15% and 4%,respectively,the compressive strength was the highest. The effect of the four admixtures on the compressive strength is the same,and there is an optimum dosage to make the compressive strength reach the maximum. When the contents of CaCl2,Na2SO4,NaF and water glass were 0.5%,0.2%,0.2% and 0.6% respectively,the compressive strength was the highest. The influence of the admixture on the compressive strength is:CaCl2>Na2SO4>water glass>NaF.
