被动式太阳能相变墙体蓄热特性影响因素研究

    摘要:利用相变材料在相变过程中的变化特点,开发出一种定形相变材料以及相变储能砂浆;通过相变储能砂浆与被动式太阳能建筑的结合,研发出一种新型多功能被动式太阳能相变集热蓄热墙体系统。通过分析可知,当石墨掺量为5%时,定形相变材料具有较佳的导热性能;随着定形相变材料掺量的增加,相变储能砂浆的力学性能降低,需要根据热性能和力学性能综合考虑其掺量。

Study on influencing factors of thermal storage characteristics of passive solar transformer

   Abstract:In this paper,a new shape-stabilized phase change material and phase change storage mortar were developed by making use of the change characteristics of phase change materials in the phase change process,and a new multi-functional passive solar heat exchange wall system was developed through the combination of the phase change storage mortar and the passive solar energy building. Analysis results show that when the doping amount of the graphite is 5%,the shape-stabilized phase change material has good thermal conductivity performance. With the increase of the doping amount of the shape-stabilized phase change material,the mechanical properties of the mortar decrease,so its dosage shall be decided through comprehensive consideration of the thermal performance and the mechanical properties.
