江西省烧结类墙体材料热工性能研究

    摘要:采用稳态防护热箱法,研究了江西省常用规格的烧结多孔砖、烧结空心砖及烧结保温砖/砌块的热工性能及影响因素,测试结果表明:烧结多孔砖的传热系数为1.99~2.43 W/(m2·K)(190墙),烧结空心砖的传热系数为1.81~2.18 W/(m2·K)(190墙),烧结保温砖的传热系数为1.20~1.58 W/(m2·K)(240墙)。采用瞬态热线法测试了烧结保温砖/砌块基材的导热系数;研究了孔洞结构及墙体含湿状况对砌体热工性能的影响,同一墙体干燥至绝干后的传热系数较含湿墙体最多可降低12.7%。

Study on thermal performance of sintered wall materials in Jiangxi province

   Abstract:The steady-state thermal transmission performance and influencing factors of sintered porous brick,sintered hollow brick and sintered insulation brick in Jiangxi Province were studied by hot box method. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of sintered porous brick is 1.99~2.43 W/(m2·K)(190 wall),the heat transfer coefficient of sintered hollow brick is 1.81~2.18 W/(m2·K)(190 wall),and the heat transfer coefficient of sintered insulation brick is 1.20~1.58 W/(m2·K)(240 wall). The thermal conductivity of the substrate was measured by the transient hot-wire method. The influence of hole structure and wall moisture condition on thermal performance was studied. To the same wall,heat transfer coefficient of absolutely dry wall can be reduced by 12.7% than that of the wet wall.
