不锈钢渣透水砖密度与透水性和强度的相关性

   摘要:分析不锈钢渣的物理化学特性,通过半干料压缩成型工艺制备了不锈钢渣透水砖,设计了一种简易的透水系数测试装置和方法,研究配合比对不锈钢渣透水砖密度、透水性和抗压强度的影响以及3种性能之间的相关性。结果表明:所设计的透水系数简易测试方法可靠性很高;不锈钢渣透水砖的透水性符合JC/T 945—2005《透水砖》标准规定的A级要求;适当的不锈钢渣掺量可获得较高的强度;在相同配合比下,采用不同质量半干料所制备透水砖的密度、透水性与强度三者之间呈现较高的线性关系。

Correlation of density with water permeability and strength of stainless steel slag permeable bricks

   Abstract:Physical and chemical properties of a kind of stainless steel slag was analyzed in this paper. This materials and the semi-dry compression molding process were used to prepare the permeable bricks. A simple test device and method was designed to test the permeable coefficient. The effects of mixtures on bulk density,water permeability and compressive strength were studied,and the relationship among the three kinds of performance were also researched. The results show that the simple permeable test method was of high reliability,the permeability of stainless steel slag permeable brick meets the demand of A-level in standard The Permeable Bricks(JC/T 945—2005),the appropriate dosage of steel slag would let to higher strength. Density,permeability and strength of permeable brick,which made by different quality material and the same mixtures,presented a higher linear relationship.
