钢渣粉-脱硫石膏对饰面砂浆性能的影响及机理初

    摘要:通过X射线衍射及扫描电镜对饰面砂浆的水化产物进行微观分析,研究了钢渣粉-脱硫石膏对水泥基饰面砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:钢渣粉-脱硫石膏既能有效地抑制饰面砂浆的初次泛碱,也有效地阻止了二次泛碱的发生;掺入改性的S95矿粉可提高砂浆的强度和硬化体积密度;对砂浆的吸水率影响不大。钢渣粉-脱硫石膏的加入,激发了S95矿粉的活性,促进了水泥的水化进程。并对机理进行了初步探索。

Influence and mechanism research of steel-making slag and desulphurization
gypsum on properties of decorative mortar

   Abstract:The hydration products of decorative mortar were analyzed by means of XRD and SEM. The influence of steel-making slag and desulphurization gypsum on the properties of cement-based decorative mortar was studied. The results showed that the initial and secondary efflorescence of cement-based decorative mortar cured by adding steel-making slag and desulphurization gypsum. The addition of modified S95 slag powder can increase its strength and its bulk densities,and have no effect on the water absorption of mortar. The steel-making slag and desulphurization gypsum stimulate the activity of S95 slag powder and promote the hydration of cement. Its mechanism is also basically explored.
