脂肪酸和石蜡复合相变材料导热系数的研究

摘要:制备了23种石蜡、脂肪酸及石蜡-脂肪酸复合相变材料,测试了不同摩尔比下同种相变材料以及复合相变材料在不同测试温度下的导热系数。结果表明:同类相变材料的导热系数与相变温度成反比;对某一种相变材料,当其处于未发生相变的纯固态或纯液态时,导热系数基本稳定,试样温度变化对导热系数的影响不大;在经历500次储能/释能循环试验后,二元脂肪酸及工业石蜡-脂肪酸复合相变材料的导热系数随循环次数的增加略有降低,但降低率均在10%以下,有机复合相变材料具有良好的循环稳定性。

Research on thermal conductivity of composite phase change material of fatty acid and paraffin

Abstract:23 kinds of paraffin,fatty acid and paraffin fatty acid composite phase change materials were prepared in this paper. The thermal conductivity of the homogeneous phase change materials and composite phase change materials under different molar ratio and at different test temperature were measured. The experimental results show that the thermal conductivity of the same phase change materials are inversely proportional to the phase change temperature. For a kind of phase change material,when it is in pure solid or pure liquid,the thermal conductivity is basically stable,and the change of sample temperature has little effect on the thermal conductivity. After 500 energy storage/energy release cycle tests,the thermal conductivity of the composite phase change materials of binary fatty acids and industrial paraffin fatty acids decreased slightly with the increase of cycle times,but the reduction rate was below 10%. The organic composite phase change materials have good cyclic stability.
