定形PEG/SiO2相变材料对水泥沥青混凝土性能的影响

摘要:以定形PEG/SiO2相变材料、沥青、水泥和集料为原料,制备相变控温水泥沥青混凝土,研究了相变材料对沥青结合料储热性能和流变性能、沥青混凝土路用性能和调温性能的影响。结果表明:随着相变材料掺量的增加,沥青混凝土低温抗裂性逐渐增强,而高温稳定性和水稳定性逐渐减弱,当相变材料掺量大于5%时,水稳定性急剧下降:相变材料的加入使混凝土的升温速率减小,达到相变温度后升温曲线出现平台,当相变材料掺量大于5%时,混凝土的调温性能趋于稳定。综合考虑,相变材料的合适掺量为5%。

Study on the effect of formulated PEG/SiO2 phase change material on the performance of 
cement asphalt composite concrete

Abstract:The cement asphalt composite concrete were prepared by using PEG/SiO2 phase change materials,asphalt,cement and aggregates as raw materials. The effects of phase change materials on the heat storage performance and rheological properties of asphalt binder,composite concrete road performance and temperature regulation performance were studied. The results showed that,
with the increase of phase change material content,the low temperature crack resistance of composite concrete gradually increased,and the high temperature stability and water stability gradually deteriorated. When the content of phase change material was more than 5%,the water stability decreased sharply. The temperature rise rate of the sample is reduced by the addition of the phase change material and the temperature rise curve become constant after reaching the phase change temperature. When the phase change temperature is higher than 5%,the temperature regulation performance of the concrete tends to be stable. Considering comprehensively,the appropriate content of the phase change material is 5%.
