含聚磷酸胺硬质聚氨酯保温材料的阻燃及热稳定

 摘要:通过“一步法”和“模塑发泡法”制备了一种新型含聚磷酸胺硬质阻燃聚氨酯保温材料(P/RPUF)。通过表观密度、水平垂直燃烧、极限氧指数(LOI)以及热失重分析(TGA)等对其阻燃性能进行研究。结果表明,P元素的引入能有效提高P/RPUF材料的表观密度,使其具有良好的自熄性,LOI值和水平、垂直燃烧等级均有明显提升,P/RPUF材料在高温区域具有较好的热稳定性。

Study on the five retardant and thermal stability properties of thermal insulation material
containing polyphosphate ammonium polyurethane

Abstract:A new type of polyphosphoric acid amine rigid polyurethane thermal insulation and flame retardant material (P/RPUF)was prepared through "one-step method" and "molded foam method". The apparent density,horizontal and vertical combustion,limiting oxygen index(LOI),and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) methods were used to study the flame retardant properties. The results show that the introduction of P element can effectively increase the apparent density of P/RPUF material and make it have a good self-extinguishing property. The LOI value and the horizontal and vertical combustion grades are obviously improved. The P/RPUF material has good thermal stability in high temperature area.
