高石粉机制砂高性能混凝土的制备与工程应用

摘要:探讨了降粘剂种类和引气剂掺量对高石粉机制砂混凝土拌合物流动性、粘聚性,以及硬化混凝土抗压强度、表观质量的影响。结果表明:采用910型降粘母液且引气剂掺量为0.03%时,混凝土的工作性能、强度及外观效果较好。通过配合比优化设计,掺专用外加剂,制备出工作性能、力学性能与耐久性能满足设计与施工要求的机制砂高性能混凝土,在叙古高速公路桥梁工程的墩柱、预制梁与现浇梁中广泛应用,取得了良好工程效果。

Preparation and engineering application of high performance concrete
with high stone powder manufactured sand

Abstract:The effects of viscosity-reducing agent and air-entraining agent on fluidity and cohesiveness of concrete mix,and compressive strength,apparent quality of hardened concrete were discussed. The results show that,when the 910 type viscosity-reducing agent was used in water reducer,and air-entraining agent reached 0.03%,the specimens have good working performance,high strength and excellent appearance effect. Through mixing ratio optimization design,and adding special admixtures,manufactured sand high performance concrete with outstanding work performance,mechanical properties and durability were prepared,which fully meet the design and construction requirements. They have been widely used in bridge piers,prefabricated beams and cast-in-situ beams on Xuyong to Gulin highway,and achieved good engineering results.
