多晶硅粉对镨黄涂层热反射性能的影响

摘要:为了探索低明度热反射颜料的制备方法,研究了多晶硅粉对镨黄涂层明度与热反射性能影响规律。研究了硅粉粒径及其与镨黄的配比对其涂层色差及热反射性能的影响,采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、色差仪、紫外/可见光/近红外分光光度计等,对原料的相组成及其形貌、涂层的Lab色空间值、反射比等进行表征。结果表明,硅粉粒径3 μm以上时,对涂层TSR影响不显著。硅粉添加量对涂层明度的影响大于对热反射性能的影响。硅粉添加量小于3.226%时,硅粉还可以提高涂层整体的热反射性能。

Effect of polysilicon powder on the thermal reflectivity of praseodymium yellow coating

Abstract:In order to explore the preparation on low lightness of heat reflective pigment,the effect of polysilicon powder on the lightness and thermal reflection properties of the praseodymium yellow coating has been studied. The effects of particle size and the mass content of polysilicon on the lightness and heat reflection properties of the praseodymium yellow coating have been investigated. Phase structure and morphology of the raw materials,C.I.E and the reflectance of the coating have been characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),color difference meter,UV/VIS/NIR spectrum analyzer,respectively. The results show that the influence of the particle size on the variation on TSR of the coating with more than 3 micron polysilicon powders is not obvious. The effect of the concentration of polysilicon powders on the lightness of the coating is greater than that of the thermal reflectance of the coating. As polysilicon mass concentration is less than 3.226%,it could improve the overall thermal reflectivity of the coating.
