聚羧酸减水剂中间大单体结构设计

摘要:通过两亲平衡值、亲水平衡因子、两亲匹配系数等概念,将两亲匹配理论应用于聚羧酸减水剂中间大单体结构设计中。试验结果表明,当聚羧酸减水剂酸醚比为3.8∶1时,通过计算两亲匹配系数,确定中间大单体——甲基烯丙基无规聚醚中环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷质量比为1∶(0.82~131/M),合成的聚羧酸减水剂分散性最佳。

Structural design of polycarboxylate water-reducer intermediate macromonomer

Abstract:Through the concept of amphiphilic balance,hydrophilic balance,amphilic matching coefficient,the amphiphic matching theory is applied in poly structural design of polycarboxylate water-reducer intermediate macromonomer. The results showed that when the ratio of acid and ether in polycarboxylic water-reducer is 3.8∶1,the matching coefficient can confer the very high dispersiveness,which the mass ratio of epoxy ethane and epoxy propane in determine methyl allyl free polyether ratio is 1∶(0.82~131/M)by calculating the coefficient of amphiphilic matching.
