聚乙烯醇纤维增强水泥基套筒灌浆料的性能研究

摘要:普通水泥基套筒灌浆材料虽强度较高,但脆性大,在拉伸过程中易产生爆裂。为提高钢筋灌浆料的韧性,制备了新型聚乙烯醇纤维增强水泥基套筒灌浆料。试验研究了聚乙烯醇纤维掺量对灌浆料流动度、抗压强度、抗折强度以及压折比的影响,并配套不锈钢钢筋灌浆连接短套筒进行拉伸试验。结果表明:随着聚乙烯醇纤维掺量的增加,灌浆料的流动度下降,抗压强度变化不明显,抗折强度增大,压折比降低,韧性增大;适量的聚乙烯醇纤维可提高灌浆套筒的锚固性能。

Abstract:Although the strength of the ordinary cementitious sleeve grouting material is high, the brittleness is great,it is easy to crack during the drawing process. In order to improve the toughness of the reinforcing bar grouting material,a new type of PVA fiber reinforced sleeve grouting material was studied in this paper. The influence of different fiber content on fluidity,compressive strength,flexural strength and compression flexure ratio of grouting material was tested and studied. And the tensile test was also carried out on the short sleeve of stainless steel reinforced grouting connection. The results showed that: with the increase of PVA fiber content,the fluidity of grouting material decreased,the compressive strength changed little,the flexural strength increased,the compression flexure ratio decreased,and the toughness increased. A proper amount of PVA fiber addition could improve the anchorage performance of grouting sleeve.
