固硫灰对机制砂干混砂浆性能影响的试验研究

摘要:通过在干混砂浆中逐步使用固硫灰替代石粉,研究了固硫灰对干混砂浆需水量、稠度、2 h稠度损失、分层度、含气量和抗压强度的影响,并分析了固硫灰和粉煤灰导致建筑砂浆含气量降低的机理。试验结果表明:在用水量基本一致的情况下固硫灰降低了砂浆稠度,增加了砂浆2 h稠度损失;随着固硫灰掺量的增加,砂浆分层度先降低后升高再降低,但是砂浆含气量逐步降低,7 d和28 d抗压强度提高。固硫灰的细度和表面性质是砂浆含气量降低的重要原因。

Experimental study on FBC Ash in dry mortar with mechanical sand properties

Abstract:Through gradually using circulating fluidized bed de-sulfurization ash(CFBA) to replace stone powder in dry-mixed mortar,the influence of CFBA on the mortar water demand,consistency,2 h loss of consistency,stratification degrees,air content and compressive strength of dry mortar was studied,and the mechanism of mortar air content decreasing duet to fly ash and CFBA was expounded. Test results show that the slurry consistency reduced while 2 h loss of consistency increased by CFBA under the same water consumption amount. The mortar stratification degree first reduced then rise later reduced again along with the increase of the dosage CFBA,but the mortar air content gradually reduce,7 d and 28 d compressive strength increased. The fineness and surface properties of CFBA are important reasons for the decrease of air content of mortar.
