预制混凝土夹心墙板热工性能模拟分析

摘要:对预制夹心墙板的热工性能进行数值模拟并分析,研究保温层的导热系数及其厚度、内外叶墙板厚度、连接件导热系数对墙板传热系数与热惰性指标的影响,结果表明,夹心保温层的导热系数与厚度对预制墙板传热系数的影响较大,混凝土层的厚度对墙板热惰性指标的影响较大。模拟结果可为预制夹心墙板的热工设计提供依据。

Simulation analysis of thermal performance of precast concrete sandwich wallboard

Abstract:This paper simulates and analyzes the thermal performance of prefabricated sandwich wall panel,and explores the effects of the thermal conductivity and thickness of the insulation layer,the thickness of the inner and outer panels,and the thermal conductivity of the connectors on the heat transfer coefficient and thermal-inertia index of the panel. The results show that the thermal conductivity and thickness of the sandwich insulation layer have a great influence on the heat transfer coefficient of the wallboard. The thickness of the concrete layer has a great influence on the thermal inertia index of the wallboard. Simulation results can provide a basis for thermal design of prefabricated sandwich wall panel.
