水上乐园涂装用聚天冬氨酸酯聚脲防护材料的研

    摘要：采用聚天冬氨酸酯树脂、脂肪族异氰酸酯固化剂、颜填料和助剂等研制了一种聚天冬氨酸酯聚脲防护材料，涂层致密、柔韧、整体无缝，具有防水、防腐、防湿滑、美观、耐久等特点；开发了配套施工底涂，能增强基层强度，并提高涂层与混凝土基层的粘接强度；设计了适用于不同功能区的涂装体系，并成功应用于淮安龙宫大白鲸嬉水世界项目，实现了水上乐园防水、防腐、装饰一体化涂装，详细介绍了其技术优势和施工要点。

  Abstract：A protective materials for water park were prepared by polyaspartic ester resin，aliphatic isocyanate curing agent，pigments and fillers，assistant，etc. The coating as a whole seamless is waterproof，anti-corrosion，anti slippery，beautiful and durable. The construction primer has been developed，which can enhance the strength of the base and improve the coating adhesion. Coating systems suitable for different functional areas are designed to achieve waterproofing，anticorrosive and decorative integration. The research result has been successfully applied in Huaian Crystal Palace Beluga Water Park successfully，and its technical advantage and construction key points are introduced in detail.
