超高层建筑地下管廊组合防水材料性能研究

    摘要:超高层建筑地下管廊在桩基等作用下容易引发渗漏水,针对这种渗漏水危害,采用自密实混凝土和丁苯橡胶(SBR)-玻璃纤维沥青毡复合的组合防水材料进行防水性能评价。结果表明,SBR-玻璃纤维沥青毡与混凝土协调工作性好,在-40~100 ℃内线膨胀系数符合规范要求;抗冻融性能良好,抗剥落强度较普通毡在垂直拉拔时提高30%以上,具有良好的防水性能。

Study on performance of composite waterproof material for underground pipe gallery of
 super high-rise building

   Abstract:The underground pipe gallery of high-rise buildings is easy to cause leakage under the action of pile foundation. In view of the leakage hazard of underground gallery,this experiment adopts self compacting concrete and SBR glass fiber asphalt felt composite waterproof material to evaluate waterproof performance. The results show that the SBR-glass fiber asphalt felt has good coordination with concrete and the coefficient of linear expansion within -40~100 ℃ satisfies the specification,freeze-thaw resistance performance is good,the spalling strength is more than 30% higher than normal felt when being drawn vertically. It has good waterproof performance.
