双曲拱桥加固用细石灌浆料配制技术与应用研究

    摘要:针对双曲拱桥拱肋加固工程中对细石灌浆料的技术要求,从灌浆料的工作性能、力学性能和变形性能方面开展拱肋加固细石灌浆料的配制与应用研究。结果表明,优选胶凝材料体系、胶砂比及细石掺量所制备的细石灌浆料具有优异的工作性能与变形性能;延长试件早期湿养护时间有利于细石灌浆料膨胀效能的发挥,试件在150 d时无收缩;该材料已成功应用于南京长江大桥的拱肋加固工程,浇筑后构件填充密实、无裂缝产生,实现了现场施工条件下修补材料无收缩开裂的目标。

Preparation technology and application of fine stone grouting material used in
double curved arch bridge strengthened project

  Abstract:Aiming at the technical requirements for fine stone grouting materials in the reinforcement of double curved arch bridge,the paper studied the preparation technology and application of grouting material with fine aggregate,by analyzing the characteristics of work performance,mechanical properties and deformation behavior. The results show that the fine stone grouting material had excellent working performance and deformation properties when selecting the gel material system,sand ratio and fine stone content. Prolong the early wet curing time is helpful to improve the expansive performance,for the test piece had no shrinkage after concrete shape 150 days. The fine stone grouting material was successfully used for the arch bridge strengthening project in Nanjing Changjiang River and fulfilled its promise that the fine stone grouting material can filling up the mould and had no shrinkage and cracking.
