自密实混凝土在预制综合管廊生产中的实践

    摘要:以水胶比、砂率和掺合料为主要因素,进行预制管廊用自密实混凝土的配制试验,测试分析了拌合物的坍落扩展度、扩展时间T500以及混凝土的抗压强度等性能,并应用于管廊构件的实际生产。结果表明,一定范围内,随着水胶比、砂率以及掺合料掺量的增加,混凝土的流动性及工作性能也会有所改善,增量过大则会降低自密实混凝土的性能。研究成果为自密实混凝土运用于预制综合管廊提供实践经验。

Practice of self-compacting concrete in the production of underground pipe gallery

   Abstract:Self compacting concrete for precast pipe gallery use is prepared by taking water cement ratio,sand ratio and admixture as main factors,mixture slump,extended time T500 and concrete compressive strength were tested and analyzed,and applied to the actual production of pipe gallery component. The results show that within a certain range,with the increase of water cement ratio,sand ratio and admixture,liquidity and working performance of concrete will be improved,too large increment will reduce the performance of self compacting concrete. This study can provide practical experience for the application of self compacting concrete to underground pipe gallery.
