港珠澳大桥人工岛隧道混凝土配制技术研究

    摘要:依据港珠澳大桥人工岛隧道混凝土低渗透、高抗裂以及长寿命的设计要求,采用低水胶比、高掺量矿物掺合料的方法配制满足要求的高性能混凝土,通过分析水胶比、胶凝材料用量以及胶凝材料组成对混凝土的工作性、强度、耐久性以及体积稳定性的影响规律,优选出符合人工岛隧道混凝土各项性能指标的混凝土配合比,降低隧道混凝土结构开裂的风险。

Research on preparation technology for concrete of the artificial island tunnel
of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge

    Abstract:Based on the design requirements for concrete of the artificial island tunnel of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,which were of low permeability,high resistance crack and long service life,high performance concrete was prepared by using low water-binder ratio,high volume mineral admixtures. Influences of water-binder ratio,cementitious material consumption and their composition on workability,strength,durability and volume stability were analyzed. The concrete mix proportion of concrete that satisfies the performance requirements of the artificial island tunnel is preferably selected to reduce the risk of tunnel concrete cracking.
