不同法向压力条件下新旧混凝土粘结面抗剪性能

    摘要:基于3D打印技术和分形维数表征旧混凝土表面粗糙度,对新旧混凝土结合试件进行静力压剪试验,研究了AY/HY133LP界面结合胶和旧混凝土表面粗糙度对新旧混凝土结合面粘结抗剪强度的影响规律。结果表明:在粗糙度和法向压力相同的条件下,AY/HY133LP界面结合胶可提高结合面的粘结抗剪强度;对试验结果进行拟合,提出了不同法向压力条件下新旧混凝土结合面粘结抗剪强度计算公式,可为工程设计人员提供一定的参考。

Experimental study on adhesive shear performance of new-to-old concrete under
different normal pressure conditions

  Abstract:Based on 3D printing technology and characterization of artificial roughness by fractal dimension,the compression-shear test of new-to-old concrete members was carried out. The influence of bonding-agent of AY/HY133LP and roughness on shear strength was studied. The test results show that under the same conditions of roughness and normal pressure,the bonding shear strength of new-to-old concrete was increased with the bonding-agent of AY/HY133LP. The simplified calculation method of shear strength of new-to-old concrete under different pressure conditions was summarized based on the test results,which can provide some reference for engineering designers.
