氢氧化铝干凝胶改性无碱速凝剂的制备与性能研

    摘要:将氢氧化铝干凝胶作为改性剂加入到无碱速凝剂中,研究了改性无碱速凝剂对水泥凝结时间、抗压强度和水泥适应性的影响。结果表明,氢氧化铝干凝胶可以有效促进水泥的水化进程,当其掺量为8%时,可使基准水泥的初凝时间缩短到2 min,终凝时间3 min35 s;砂浆28 d抗压强度比达108.2%;改性后的无碱速凝剂具有良好的水泥适应性,更有利于无碱速凝剂的推广应用。

Effects of aluminum hydroxide dried gel on properties of alkali-free accelerator

  Abstract:Alkali-free accelerator was prepared with aluminum hydroxide dried gel as modifier. The influences of aluminum hydroxide dried gel on setting time of cement paste,compressive strength of mortar and compatibility between cement and setting accelerator were investigated. The results showed that. aluminum hydroxide xerogel can effectively promote the hydration process of cement,which can shorten the initial setting time of the reference cement to 2 min and the final setting time to 3 min35 s when the dosage is 8%,the compressive strength ratio of 28 d is up to 108.2%. It also had good compatibility with cement,which was helpful for its application.
