引气剂对溶液及混凝土性能的影响

    摘要:对比了自制引气剂PYQ与常用引气剂K12、AES、AOS的溶液性能、新拌混凝土性能及硬化混凝土性能。结果表明:起泡能力从优到差依次为K12>PYQ>AES>AOS,泡沫稳定性从优到差依次为PYQ>AOS>AES>K12;保持混凝土初始含气量相同,气泡间距系数从小到大依次为PYQ<AOS<AES<K12,直径20~200 μm有效气泡个数从多到少依次为PYQ>AOS>AES>K12,1 h含气量-硬化含气量-气泡间距系数-孔径分布-稳泡能力间存在关联性规律,1 h含气量越大, 硬化含气量越大,气泡间距系数越小,20~200 μm有效气泡个数越多,稳泡性越优,气泡间距系数可准确反映出引气剂引入的气泡稳定性;PYQ的引气及稳泡性能佳,对混凝土强度影响低,能有效改善混凝土的抗冻性。

Effect of air-entraining agents on properties of solution and concrete

    Abstract:The solution properties,fresh concrete properties and hardened concrete properties of homemade compound air-entraining agent PYQ and common air-entraining agents K12,AOS,AES are compared. The results show that the bubble ability is K12>PYQ>AES>AOS,and the bubble stability is PYQ>AOS>AES>K12. Keep the same of initial air content, the bubble spacing coefficient from mall to large is PYQ<AOS<AES<K12,and the number of 20~200 μm effective bubbles from more to less is PYQ>AOS>AES>K12. An associated law is existent among air content, bubble spacing coefficient, pore distribution and bubble stability. The higher the air content of fresh concrete is given,the higher the air content of hardened concrete is obtained, the smaller the air-void spacing factor and the more air voids at the size of 20~200 μm are also obtained,which indicates higher foam stability of the sample. The bubble spacing coefficient can accurately reflect the bubble stability of air-entraining agent. PYQ is a high performance air entraining agent with excellent entraining performance and foam stability,which can effectively improve the freezing resistance and slightly effect the strength of concrete.
