抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究

    摘要:通过分子结构设计,在过氧化氢-甲醛合次硫酸氢钠氧化还原引发体系下,合成了抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂。试验结果表明,反应温度为15 ℃,n(AA)∶n(2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基磷酸酯)∶n[磷酸二(丙烯酸羟乙基)酯]∶n(3-巯基丙酸)∶n(VPEG)=2.5∶0.2∶0.05∶0.14∶1.0时,制备的抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂综合性能最佳,该聚羧酸减水剂具有优异的分散性、分散保持性及抗泥性。

Synthesis and properties of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer for clay tolerance

  Abstract:Polycarboxylate superplasticizer for clay tolerance was synthesized by designing the molecular structure at H2O2-CH3NaO3S.2H2O redox initiation system. It showed the best overall performance when n(AA)∶n(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphate)∶n[2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl hydrogen phosphate]∶n(3-mercaptopropionic acid)∶n(VPEG) was 2.5∶0.2∶0.05∶0.14∶1.0 and the synthesized temperature was 15 ℃. The experiment results showed that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer had excellent dispersibility,dispersion retention and clay tolerance.
