一种固体聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法及其性能研究

    摘要:以顺丁烯二酸和丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(APEG)为聚合单体,采用偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,通过本体聚合方法制备固体聚羧酸减水剂(PCE),研究了单体摩尔比、聚合温度、反应时间、引发剂用量及引发剂投料方式对减水剂性能的影响。结果表明,优化条件下合成的聚羧酸减水剂具有良好的分散性和保坍性,增强效果良好;红外光谱分析结果显示,顺丁烯二酸和APEG本体聚合所得产物的分子结构与预期相符。

Study on preparation method and properties of solid polycarboxylate water reducing agent

  Abstract:In this paper,solid polycarboxylate water reducing agent were prepared by bulk polymerization using maleic acid(maleic acid)and allyl polyethylene glycol(APEG) as raw materials and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator. The effects of molar ratio of acid and ether,polymerization temperature,reaction time,initiator dosage and the mode of adding initiator on the performance of the products was researched. The results show that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the advantages of strong disperse ability and excellent slump retention. IR results show that the molecular structure of polycarboxylate water reducing agent is consistent with the expectation.
