地下综合管廊节段拼接用环氧胶粘剂的制备与性

    摘要:优选原材料及配合比,研究了填料、偶联剂、增韧剂及碳纤维用量对环氧胶粘剂性能的影响,制备了新型地下综合管廊节段拼接用环氧胶粘剂。结果表明:制备的环氧胶粘剂涂胶层厚≥1.6 mm时不流挂,施工适用期为50 min,抗拉强度为34 MPa,抗弯强度为50 MPa(呈非碎裂破坏状态),抗压强度为88 MPa,拉伸抗剪强度为16 MPa,正拉粘结强度为4.0 MPa(混凝土内聚破坏),湿热老化拉伸抗剪强度降低百分比为8.2%,耐长期应力蠕变变形值为0.3 mm,性能指标满足地下综合管廊节段拼接用环氧胶粘剂的要求。

Preparation and property of epoxy adhesive for utility tunnel bonding

   Abstract:The requirements on the mechanical and durability property of the epoxy adhesive for utility tunnel bonding are higher than traditional epoxy building structural adhesives. Effect of the dosage of fillers,coupling agent,toughening agent and carbon fiber on the properties of the epoxy adhesive was discussed and a novel epoxy adhesive for utility tunnel bonding was prepared. Results showed that the prepared epoxy adhesive is no sagging with 1.6mm coating thickness,the working time is 50 min,the tensile strength is 34 MPa,the bending strength is 50 MPa with non-brittle fracture,the compressive strength is 88 MPa,the bonding shear strength is 16 MPa,the bonding strength to concrete is 4.0 MPa with concrete cohesion failure,the decrease percentage of the bonding shear strength is 8.2% after hydrothermal aging,and the deformation value is 0.3 mm after long-term stress. All properties meet the requirements of the epoxy adhesive for utility tunnel bonding.
