氟石膏基胶结材固化淤泥质软土性能研究

    摘要:采用氟石膏基胶结材(FB)、生石灰(LM)及水泥(PC)固化淤泥质软土,并开展了不同养护龄期下固化淤泥pH值、无侧限抗压强度和含水率等性能测试。结果表明,掺FB、LM和PC固化淤泥含水率随着龄期延长呈现幂函数下降趋势,掺FB后固化淤泥含水率降低程度更突出。同一龄期,FB固化淤泥无侧限抗压强度远高于LM和PC,而其pH值也低,环境污染风险相对较低。SEM分析表明,原状淤泥颗粒呈现大块状,FB固化淤泥中细小颗粒最多,大块颗粒少,结构更稳定。

Properties of stabilizing sludge soft soil by fluorogypsum-based cementitious binder

    Abstract:Fluorogypsum-based cementitious binder(FB),quick lime(LM) and cement(PC) were used to stabilize sludge soft soil. The comparative analysis was carried out on the effects of pH,unconfined compressive strength and water content of stabilizing sludge soft soil at different curing age. With increasing of curing time,the water content of stabilizing sludge soft soil by FB,LM and PC decreased. The relationship between water content and curing time is power function. However,the decrement of water content of stabilizing sludge soft soil by FB more obvious. It shows that for the same curing age,the unconfined compressive strength of stabilizing sludge soft soil by FB was much higher than LM and PC,but leaching liquid pH value of stabilizing sludge soft soil by FB was the lowest one of three kinds of stabilizers agents and it had relatively small impact on environment. SEM analyses of stabilizing sludge soft soil showed that the original sludge particles were massive,and the microstructure of stabilizing sludge soft soil by FB had the most fine sludge particles,and the bulk sludge particles were less and the structure was more stable.
