原生硫酸盐对水泥熟料矿物形成的影响

    摘要:将来自熟料、混合材中的硫酸盐归类为原生硫酸盐,研究了在生料中掺入不同类型和含量的硫酸盐,如CaSO4、Na2SO4、K2SO4,对高温烧制的硅酸盐水泥熟料矿物组成的影响。结果表明,未掺硫酸盐时,熟料矿物组成以C3S、C3A为主;掺入CaSO4时,熟料的主要矿物组成为C3S,C3A的含量减少,C3S的结构由R型向M2型转变;掺入Na2SO4抑制了C3S的生成,提高了C2S的生成量,促进了C3A的生成,随着其掺量的增加,C3S的晶型向M1、T1、T3型转变;掺入K2SO4有利于C3S和C4AF的形成,抑制C3A的生成,随着其掺量的增加,C3S晶型逐渐向M1、M2型转变。

The influence of original sulfate on mineral formation of cement clinker

   Abstract:In this paper,sulfate from clinker and admixture is classified as original sulfate. The introduction of sulfate of different type and content(such as CaSO4,Na2SO4,K2SO4) into cement raw meal will affect the mineral composition of clinker calcined at high temperature. The results show that the clinker mineral composition is dominated by C3S and C3A when no sulphate is added,and the main mineral composition of clinker is C3S, the content of C3A is reduced,and the structure of C3S is changed from R to M2 when CaSO4 is incorporated. The incorporation of Na2SO4 inhibited the formation of C3S,increased the production of C2S and promoted the formation of C3A. With the increase of Na2SO4 content,the crystal form of C3S changed to M1,T1 and T3;the incorporation of K2SO4 was beneficial to the formation of C3S and C4AF, inhibited the formation of C3A. With the increase of K2SO4 content,the crystal form of C3S gradually changed to M1 and M2.
