EPS混凝土砌块墙体抗压性能试验研究

    摘要:采用自制的EPS轻质节能混凝土砌块,设计6组18片EPS混凝土砌块墙体,考虑砂浆强度、偏心距和高厚比的影响,开展墙体抗压破坏试验,观测墙体在轴心及小偏心竖向荷载作用下的受力过程、开裂荷载、破坏荷载,研究墙体受压性能。结果显示:EPS混凝土砌块墙体的受压破坏过程类同于普通标准砖和普通混凝土砌块墙体,但开裂荷载较2种普通砌体大,抗变形能力也较2种普通砌体强。提出了EPS混凝土砌块墙体抗压承载力计算方法,比较抗压承载力的计算值和实测值,两者吻合较好。

Experiment study of EPS concrete block wall compressive strength

   Abstract:Utilizing the EPS lightweight energy-saving concrete block made by ourselves,6 groups of 18 EPS concrete block walls was designed. Considering the influence of strength of mortar,eccentricity and thickness ratio,and then carrying out compressive damage test on the walls,the stress process,cracking load and failure load of the walls under the axial and eccentric vertical loads were observed,and the compressive behavior of the walls was studied. The results show that the compressive failure process of the EPS concrete block walls is similar to normal standard brick wall and normal concrete block wall,but its cracking load is bigger,so is the anti-deformation ability,comparing with the later. Proposed the calculation method of compressive bearing capacity of the EPS concrete brick wall,compared the calculated value with the measured value,and it shows they agree well with each other.
