寒冷地区装配式建筑外围护结构节能设计研究

摘要:外围护结构的节能设计对实现装配式建筑使用过程的节能至关重要,从外墙、屋面、外窗类型及窗墙比对装配式住宅负荷的影响进行研究。以西安市某装配式住宅为例,建立基础模型,得出建筑各朝向合理的窗墙比和外围护结构适宜的保温层厚度,并优化住宅模型外围护结构的节能设计,研究能否达到绿色建筑标准的要求,为寒冷地区装配式住宅的节能设计提供一定的参考。

Abstract:The energy-saving design for peripheral structure is very important to realize the energy saving of the prefabricated building. This paper studies the influence of exterior wall,roof,window type and window-wall ratio on the prefabricated building load. Take the example of a prefabricated building in Xi'an,build the basic model,conclude the reasonable window-wall ratio of the each orientation towards and the suitable insulation thickness,and optimize the energy-saving design of the outer envelope structure of the residential model. To study whether energy-saving design can meet the requirements of green building standards and provide some reference for the energy-saving design of the prefabricated house in cold area.
