工艺条件对石英质多孔陶瓷性能的影响研究

    摘要:以长江沿岸低品位石英砂为主要原料,高岭土为增塑剂,通过配料、混料、成型、干燥、烧结等工艺制备高性能石英质多孔陶瓷,通过对其工艺条件对烧结体性能影响的研究,改善石英质多孔陶瓷的性能。结果表明,优化石英质多孔陶瓷的控制条件为:高岭土用量为31%、水料比为1.4、烧结温度为1150 ℃、保温1 h,制备出外形完整的石英质多孔陶瓷,其气孔率为49.88%,抗压强度为5.01 MPa。

Study on effect of process conditions on properties of quartz porous ceramics

    Abstract:Taking low-grade quartz sand in Yangtze river seacoast as the main raw material,kaolin as binder,through dosing,mixing,molding,drying and sintering process, high-performance quartz porous materials was prepared. Through the study of the control mechanism of the process conditions on the properties of the sintered body,the performance of the quartz porous material is improved. The results show that when the control requirement of optimal quartz porous ceramics was as follows:the content of kaolin is 31%,the ratio of water to material is 1.4,the sintering temperature is 1150 ℃ and the holding time is determined as 1 h,the intact quartz porous ceramics can be prepared whose porosity was 49.88% and compressive strength was 5.01 MPa.
