粉煤灰提铝残渣特性及制备轻质保温板的研究

    摘要:为了实现粉煤灰提铝残渣的有效利用,对粉煤灰提铝残渣的基本特性及制备轻质保温板进行研究。利用XRF、XRD、SEM、激光粒度分析等技术,研究了提铝残渣的化学成分、矿物组成、颗粒形貌及粒度分布等基本特性。结果表明:残渣矿物组成主要为C2S、CaCO3、Ca(OH)2,其比表面积较大,结构疏松多孔。基于残渣的特点,将其用于轻质保温板的制备,各组分的最佳配比为:提铝残渣35%、脱硫石膏20%、保温浆料15%、水30%。

Characteristics of fly ash residue after extracting aluminium oxide and
the research on preparation of lightweight insulation board

    Abstract:To achive effective utilization of the fly ash residue after extracting aluminium oxide,the basic characteristics of the residue and the preparation of lightweight insulation board were studied. The chemical composition,mineral composition,morphology, size distribution are investigated by means of XRF,XRD,SEM and Laser particle size analyzer. The results show that the residue is mainly consisted of C2S,CaCO3 and Ca(OH)2 with large specific surface area and porous structure. Based on characteristics of the residue,the fly ash residue after extracting aluminium oxide is used as the main raw materials to prepare the lightweight insulation board. And the optimal ratio of components was follows:35% of fly ash residue,20% of FGD gypsum,15% of thermal insulation mortar,and 30% of water.
