掺氧化镁抗裂剂的海工大体积混凝土配制及应用

    摘要:为防止海洋环境下大体积混凝土出现开裂,导致腐蚀加剧的现象,在不布置冷却水管的情况下按大体积混凝土配合比设计的原则,采用低水泥用量、掺入大掺量的掺合料及适量的氧化镁抗裂剂,通过配合比的优化设计及氧化镁对混凝土性能的影响分析,确定使用52%水泥、20%粉煤灰、20%矿粉、8%氧化镁抗裂剂的胶凝材料体系效果较好,所配制混凝土的工作性能、力学性能、耐久性优良,通过试验段的施工,该大体积混凝土结构未出现明显裂缝,满足海工大体积混凝土的施工要求。

with magnesium oxide anti-cracking agent

    Abstract:To prevent mass concrete from cracking in marine environment,which may itensify the corrosion phenomenon,this project without arrangement of the cooling water pipe,according to the principle of the mix proportion design of mass concrete with low cement dosage and large dosage of admixture and adding the right amount of MgO anti-cracking agent,through the optimization of mixture ratio design and impact analysis of magnesium oxide on the properties of concrete,determine the cementious material system using 52% cement,20% fly ash,20% mineral powder,and 8% magnesium oxide anti-cracking agent has good effect,the working properties,mechanical properties,and durability of prepared concrete are excellent. Through the construction of the test section,this mass concrete structure does not appear obvious cracks,meeting the technical requirements of marine engineering mass concrete construction.
