早期扰动对玄武岩纤维混凝土内部损伤的试验研

    摘要:基于目前玄武岩纤维混凝土基本力学性能的研究成果,对玄武岩纤维混凝土试件分别养护7、28 d进行早期扰动,然后通过超声波测试反映内部损伤情况,探讨早期扰动对玄武岩纤维混凝土内部损伤的影响。试验表明:玄武岩纤维一定程度上可降低早期扰动对混凝土内部损伤的影响,在混凝土终凝后减小效果更加显著,并从微观角度分析了早期扰动对内部损伤的影响,进而为玄武岩纤维混凝土在实际工程中的应用提供参考。

Experimental study about early disturbance on basalt fiber concrete internal damage

    Abstract:Based on recent research results about basic mechanical properties of basalt fiber reinforced concrete,early disturbance was performed on basalt fiber reinforced concrete specimens in the circumstance of curing 7 days and 28 days,then through the ultrasonic test reflects internal damage. And the influence of early disturbance on basalt fiber reinforced concrete internal damage was explored. Test results show that basalt fiber can reduce the influence of early disturbance on concrete internal damage to a certain extent,decreasing effect after the final set of concrete is more prominent. The influence of early disturbance on concrete internal damage was analyzed from microscopic view,which provides reference for application of basalt fiber reinforced concrete in practical engineering.
