高温条件下不同养护湿度对聚合物改性水泥砂浆

    摘要:研究了在养护温度为80 ℃,相对湿度(RH)分别为30%、55%和80%的养护条件下,羟乙基甲基纤维素(HEMC)和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)改性水泥砂浆28 d拉伸粘结强度的变化规律。结果表明:瓷砖为基底时,EVA乳胶粉能够明显改善水泥砂浆粘结强度达不到JC/T 547—2005《陶瓷墙地砖胶粘剂》标准要求的情况,但是在80% RH条件下,文中所有配比都不能满足该标准要求;混凝土板为基底时,随着湿度的增大,HEMC与EVA复掺改性水泥砂浆的粘结强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势。相较于常温(20 ℃)条件,80 ℃虽然不利于聚合物改性水泥砂浆在上述2种基底上粘结强度的发展,但能减弱高湿度条件对EVA改性水泥砂浆粘结强度的不利影响。

Influence of different maintain humidity on tensile adhesive strength of polymer modified cement mortar under high temperature

    Abstract:The change law of adhesive strength of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose(HEMC) and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA)modified mortar under 80 ℃ with 30%/55%/80% relative humidity(RH) for 28 days was studied. Results indicate that when based on ceramic tiles,EVA emulsion powder can significantly improve the adhesive strength of cement mortar but there is no mix proportion can reach the standard(JC/T 547—2005) "Ceramic wall tile adhesive" requirements under 80%RH. When based on concrete plates,with the increasing humidity the adhesive strength of HEMC and EVA modified mortar appears to ascend first and then decline later. Compared to room temperature(20 ℃),80 ℃ would weaken the adverse effect of high humidity to the adhesive strength of EVA modified cement mortar although it is not beneficial to the development of above adhesive strength.
