平开门窗锁闭器对PVC建筑门窗变形性能的影响

    摘要:锁闭器是建筑门窗五金系统中的重要部件。在平开门窗系统中,锁闭器锁闭点的配置数量和安装位置对载荷作用下门窗的变形性能有直接影响,从而也会对气密性能、水密性能和保温性能产生影响。利用ANSYS软件对风荷荷载作用下的塑料平开门窗进行模拟,分析研究了塑料平开门窗锁闭器锁闭点配置数量和安装位置对门窗变形性能的影响。根据分析结果,对塑料平开门窗中锁闭器的配置数量和安装位置给出了合理建议。

The influence of swing door and window's locker on the deformation performance of PVC building door and window

    Abstract:Locker is the important part of the building hardware system. In the swing door and window system,the number of locking points and installation location of locker have a direct impact on the deformation property of doors and windows under load, which will also affect its airtight performance,watertight performance and insulation properties. In this paper,ANSYS software is used to simulate the plastic swing doors and windows under wind load. The influence of the number of locking points and the installation position on the deformation performance of the doors and windows are analyzed and researched. According to the analysis results,gives a reasonable proposal on the plastic swing doors and windows in the locker's locking point configuration number and installation location.
