电解质浓度与媒晶剂掺量对磷基高强石膏制备的

    摘要:以磷石膏为原料进行常压水热反应,研究了电解质浓度与媒晶剂掺量对常压水热反应产物晶体形貌与强度的影响。结果表明:当电解质浓度为23.0%时,水热反应在5 h内完成,且α半水硫酸钙晶体生长情况与强度相对良好。随着媒晶剂掺量从0增加至0.15%,α型半水硫酸钙晶体的长径比由7降低至1以下,晶体由长柱状转化为短柱状乃至片状,当媒晶剂掺量为0.10%时,α半水硫酸钙的长径比在1.5左右,其强度可达到JC/T 2038—2010中α40高强石膏的标准。

Effect of electrolyte concentration and crystal modifier content on the synthesis of  
phosphogypsum based high strength gypsum

    Abstract:The effects of electrolyte concentration and crystal modifier content on the crystal morphology and strength of reaction products were studied by ordinary pressure hydrothermal reaction. Results show that when the concentration of electrolyte is about 23.0%,hydrothermal reaction can finished in 5 h,alpha hemihydrate calcium sulfate grows perfectly and shows good strength. With the increase of crystal modifier content from 0 to 0.15%,the aspect ratio of the alpha hemihydrate calcium sulfate crystal is reduced from 7 to 1 or less,the crystal morphology changes from long columnar to short columnar even flake. When the content of the crystal modifier is 0.10%,the aspect ratio of alpha hemihydrate calcium sulfate crystal is about 1.5,and its strength can reach α40 (JC/T 2038—2010) high strength gypsum standard.
