脱硫石膏制备纳米级硫酸钙晶须的试验研究

    摘要:以脱硫石膏为原料,采用水热法在丙三醇水溶液中成功制备纳米级硫酸钙晶须。通过环境扫描电镜(ESEM)考察了反应温度、丙三醇浓度、原料粒度、晶种对硫酸钙晶须形貌的影响规律。试验表明:原料粒度和晶种对硫酸钙晶须形貌影响较大,随着原料的粒度减小,生成的硫酸钙晶须平均直径变小,平均长径比逐渐增大。随着晶种数量的增加,硫酸钙晶须的平均直径逐渐变大,但长径比略有增加。通过试验确定,制备硫酸钙晶须最优的反应温度为130 ℃、丙三醇浓度为60%,制备的硫酸钙晶须平均直径为186.09~260.28 nm,平均长径比为202.56~268.79,达到纳米级别。

 Experimental research on preparation of nano-scale calcium sulfate whisker from flue gas desulfurization gypsum

    Abstract:Nano-scale calcium sulfate whiskers(CSW)were synthesized by hydro-thermal method in glycerol aqueous solution using flue gas desulfurization(FGD) gypsum as raw material. The effects law of reaction temperature,glycerol concentration,materials size and seeds crystals on CSW morphology were studied by environment scanning electron microscopy(ESEM). The experimental results showed that materials size and seeds crystals have great influence on morphology of CSW,the average diameter of CSW decrease and the aspect ratio increases gradually when the materials size was finer. With the increase of seeds amount,the aeverage diameter of CSW gradually became bigger,but the aspect ratio increases slightly. The optimum conditions for the preparation were that the reaction temperature was 130 ℃,glycerol concentration was 60%. ESEM results showed that the average diameter and aspect ratio was 186.09~260.28 nm and 202.56~268.79,respectively,reached nano-scale.
