陈化对建筑石膏及抹灰石膏性能的影响

    摘要：通过试验对比了不同厂家生产的建筑石膏陈化前后的性能变化及配制成抹灰石膏后的性能变化。结果表明，经过陈化后不同厂家生产的建筑石膏及其配制成抹灰石膏后的需水量、凝结时间、抗压强度趋于一致，与不经陈化的建筑石膏及抹灰石膏相比需水量变小，凝结时间变长，抗压强度提高。通过机理分析陈化后的建筑石膏及抹灰石膏性能提高是因为Ⅲ型无水石膏的减少、晶粒的变大和晶格畸变的变小。

Effect of aging on the properties of building plaster and gypsum plaster

    Abstract：Through the experiment，the performance changes of the building plaster produced by different manufacturers before and after aging and the performance changes after the preparation of the gypsum plaster were compared. The results show that after aging，the water demand，setting time and compressive strength of building plaster produced by different manufacturers tended to coincidence with that of gypsum plaster，compared with those without aging，the water demand became smaller，the setting time became longer，and the compressive strength became higher. Through the mechanism analysis，it is found that the improvement of the aged building plaster and gypsum plaster performance is due to the decrease of type Ⅲ anhydrous gypsum，increase of grain size and lessen of lattice distortion.
