混凝土模拟孔溶液中羧酸胺阻锈剂对碳钢的阻锈行为研究

摘要:采用电化学阻抗谱测试、动电位极化曲线测试、干湿循环挂片试验,研究了混凝土模拟孔溶液中不同浓度的羧酸胺阻锈剂对碳钢的电化学和阻锈行为。结果表明:羧酸胺阻锈剂可以有效抑制Cl-对碳钢的腐蚀破坏,起到阻锈作用;随阻锈剂浓度增大,相应的电化学阻抗弧增大,点蚀电位增高,腐蚀电流密度减小,干湿循环挂片锈蚀面积及深度减小,阻锈效率显著提高。

Corrosion inhibition behavior of an carboxylic acid amine inhibitor on carbon steel in simulated concrete pore solution

Abstract:The electrochemical and rust-resistant behaviors of different concentrations of carboxylic acid amine rust inhibitor on carbon steel in concrete simulated pore solution were studied by electrochemical impedance spectrums(EIS),Potentiodynamic polarization tests and wetting-drying tests. The results show that the carboxylic acid amine rust inhibitor can effectively inhibit the corrosion damage of Cl- to carbon steel and play a role in rust inhibition. With the increase of the concentration of rust inhibitor,the corresponding electrochemical impedance arc increase,the pitting potential increases,and corrosion current density is reduced,the rust area and depth of the dry and wet cycle hangs are reduced,and the rust prevention efficiency is significantly improved.
