不同离子基团引气剂对混凝土性能的影响

摘要:研究了带有不同离子基团的4种单链引气剂:阴离子引气剂(K12)、阳离子引气剂(DTAB)、两性离子引气剂(OA)和非离子引气剂(AEO)的构效关系,对比了它们在溶液、新拌和硬化砂浆中的性能差异。结果表明:引气剂表面活性越高,在溶液中更易起泡且泡沫稳定性越好,在新拌和硬化砂浆中的起泡和稳泡性能也越优异;在溶液中,引气剂的起泡与稳泡能力从优到差依次为K12>OA>AEO-9>DTAB;在新拌和硬化砂浆中,气泡尺寸从小到大为K12<OA<AEO-9<DTAB;在砂浆中,引气剂的稳泡能力从优到差依次为K12>OA>AEO-9>DTAB。

Effect of air entraining agents with different ionic groups on properties of concrete

Abstract:In this paper,four single-chain air entraining agents with different ionic groups are selected:anionic air entraining agent(K12),cationic air entraining agent(DTAB),zwitterionic air entraining agent(OA) and nonionic air entraining agent(AEO). The structure-activity relationship of these air entraining agents was studied,and their performance differences in aqueous solution,fresh mortar and hardened mortar were compared. The results showed that the higher the surface activity of the air entraining agent,the better the foaming ability and foaming stability in the solution,and the foaming and foam stabilizing properties in the fresh and hardened mortar are also more excellent. The best foaming ability and the foaming stability in solution was K12>OA>AEO-9>DTAB;the order of bubble size in the mortar was K12<OA<AEO-9<DTAB,and the foam stability in the mortar was K12>OA>AEO-9>DTAB.
