云南地材复合掺合料抑制花岗岩骨料碱-硅酸反应活性研究

摘要:针对云南地区具有潜在碱-硅酸反应活性的花岗岩骨料以及当地传统掺合料资源稀缺等现状,研究当地石灰石粉、燃煤炉渣、硅灰等地材与粉煤灰形成复合掺合料对花岗岩骨料碱-硅酸反应活性的抑制作用。结果表明,粉煤灰与硅灰具有良好的复合效应,采用15%的粉煤灰与5%硅灰复合能够有效抑制花岗岩骨料碱-硅酸反应活性。而采用粉煤灰、燃煤炉渣粉、硅灰多组分复合时,各组分抑制作用充分协同发挥,达到抑制有效性要求的粉煤灰掺量可进一步降低至10%。

Study on the inhibition of alkali-silicic acid reactivity of granite aggregates by Yunnan composite admixture

Abstract:Aiming at the current situation of potential alkali-silicic acid-reactive granite aggregates in Yunnan and the scarcity of local traditional admixture resources,the inhibitory effect of composite admixtures,which formed by local limestone powder,coal-fired slag,silica fume and fly ash,on the alkali-silicic acid reactivity of granite aggregates was studied. The results show that fly ash and silica fume have a good composite effect,and 15% fly ash with 5% silica fume can effectively inhibit the alkali-silicic acid reactivity of granite aggregate. When fly ash,coal-fired slag powder and silica fume multi-component compounding are used,the inhibitory effects of each component are fully synergistically exerted,and the fly ash content can be further reduced to 10% with achieving the suppression effectiveness requirement.
