机制砂制备C50预应力混凝土的研究及应用

摘要：依托华丽高速项目，使用机制砂制备C50预应力混凝土，预制T梁浇筑效果良好。研究表明，通过机制砂级配优化及采取水洗措施，对颗粒级配、MB值、石粉含量等监控，使水洗砂细度模数控制在2.6~3.0，MB值小于1.4，石粉含量小于5%，其表观效果、早期强度、耐久性能等指标满足T梁施工要求。

Research and application of preparation of C50 prestressed concrete with mechanical sand

Abstract：Relying on the gorgeous high-speed project，the C50 prestressed concrete was prepared by using the mechanical sand，and the precast T beam casting effect was good. Studies have shown that through the optimization of the sand grading and the washing measures，the particle grading，MB value，stone powder content and other monitoring，so that the washing sand fineness modulus is controlled at 2.6~3.0，MB value is less than 1.4，stone powder content is less than 5%. Within the scope，its apparent effect，early strength，elastic modulus，durability and other indicators meet the requirements of T-beam construction.
