微硅粉对高钙粉煤灰基地聚合物混凝土性能的影响

摘要:将微硅粉取代部分高钙粉煤灰制备地聚合物混凝土(GPC),研究了不同掺量微硅粉对高钙粉煤灰基GPC力学性能及抗化学侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明,随着微硅粉掺量的增加,高钙粉煤灰基GPC的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度逐渐提高;GPC试样在H2SO4溶液和NaCl溶液中的质量损失率及抗压强度损失率随微硅粉掺量的增加而减小;在2%H2SO4溶液和5%NaCl溶液中浸泡90 d后,掺入25%微硅粉的GPC试件的抗压强度损失可忽略不计。

Effect of silica fume on performance of high calcium fly ash-based geopolymer concrete

Abstract:The effect of silica fume with different contents on mechanical properties and chemical corrosion resistance of high calcium fly ash-based geopolymer concrete(GPC) was explored in this paper by partially substituting high calcium fly ash with silica fume. The results reveal that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of high calcium fly ash based GPC gradually increase with an increase in silica fume content. In addition,the losses of mass and compressive strength of the GPC specimens exposed to H2SO4 solution and NaCl solution decrease with increasing silica fume content. Specifically,when immersed into both 2% H2SO4 solution and 5%NaCl solution for 90 days,the loss of compressive strength of fly ash based GPC incorporated with 25% silica fume is negligible.
