硫铝酸盐水泥乳化沥青混凝土性能研究

摘要:为降低沥青混凝土的塑形变形能力,避免夏季高温条件对沥青混凝土造成病害,用硫铝酸盐水泥部分取代沥青混凝土中的矿粉,制备了硫铝酸盐水泥乳化沥青混凝土。研究结果表明:相比于沥青混凝土,硫铝酸盐水泥乳化沥青混凝土的抗压和抗折强度提高,塑性变形能力降低,高温抗车辙性提高。试验段路面检测也表明,硫铝酸盐水泥乳化沥青混凝土的高温稳定性良好。

Study on properties of sulphoaluminate cement emulsified asphalt concrete

Abstract:In order to reduce the shape deformation ability of asphalt concrete and avoid the disease caused by high temperature conditions in summer,the sulphoaluminate cement emulsified asphalt concrete was prepared by partially replacing the ore powder in asphalt concrete with sulphoaluminate cement. The results show that compared with asphalt concrete,the sulphoaluminate cement emulsified asphalt concrete has higher compressive and flexural strength,lower plastic deformation ability and higher rutting resistance. The pavement test of the test section also shows that the high temperature stability of the sulphoaluminate cement emulsified asphalt concrete is good.
