超缓凝自凝灰浆制备技术研究

摘要:自凝灰浆是一种利用水泥、膨润土、纯碱及缓凝剂等制备出的超低强度柔性材料。依托襄阳东西轴线项目,采用正交试验方法,研究了水泥、粉煤灰、膨润土及专用超缓凝外加剂用量对其强度、凝结时间及抗渗性的影响,最终根据设计要求,制备出了一种7 d抗压强度不超过1 MPa、28 d抗压强度不超过2 MPa,初凝时间不短于48 h,终凝时间不超过75 h、抗渗系数不大于1×10-5 cm/s的超缓凝自凝灰浆。

The research on preparation of super slow self-setting mortar

Abstract:The self-setting mortar is a kind of ultra-low strength flexible material which prepared by cement,bentonite,sodium carbonate,and retarder etc. The research was based on Xiangyang city east-west axis project and orthogonal means was used,it studied the influence of cement,flyash,bentonite and dedicate super slow setting admixture dosage on strength,setting time and impervious performance. Finally,according to the design requirements,one kind of super slow setting flexible material wiht 7 d compressive strength not exceeding 1.0 MPa,28 d compressive strength not exceeding 2 MPa,initial setting time not less than 48 h,final setting time not exceeding 75 h,anti-permeability not 1×10-5 cm/s was prepared.
