超早强支座砂浆灌浆料的配制及性能研究

摘要:以低碱硫铝酸盐水泥为基础,通过多种外加剂的调配及各组分的优化配置,研制出具有优良工作性能的超早强支座砂浆灌浆料,并考察了石膏对该支座砂浆流动度、强度等性能的影响规律。结果表明,制备的超早强支座砂浆灌浆料初始和30 min流动度分别为350 mm和310 mm,可实现长时间重力灌浆。该灌浆料硬化后2 h抗压强度达到34.5 MPa,24 h抗折强度达到11.3 MPa,24 h抗压强度达到62.3 MPa,90 d抗压强度达到94.7 MPa,且具有无锈蚀、微膨胀、不泌水、耐久性能好、自流平、自密实的特点。

Research on the preparation and properties of super-high early-strength rubber plinth gravitational grouting mortar

Abstract:Based on SAC cement,a super-high early-strength rubber plinth gravitational grouting mortar with excellent work performance was prepared by using a variety of admixtures and components. The influence of gypsum on the fluidity,strength and other properties of plinth mortar were also studied. The test results showed that the initial fluidity of plinth mortar could be 350 mm,retaining 310 mm after 30 min,realizing long time gravity grouting. The grouting material also has a high hardened strength,whose 2 h compressive strength,24 h flexural strength,24 h compressive strength and 90 d compressive strength could reach 34.5 MPa,11.3 MPa,62.3 MPa and 94.7 MPa. The plinth gravitational grouting mortar has the characteristics of no rust,micro expansion,not bleeding,durable performance,self-leveling,and self-compacting.
