砾石与水泥改性生土材料配方优化研究

摘要:生土建筑在建造时所取材料中不可避免含有砾石,为研究水泥掺量对含砾石生土材料抗压性能的影响,采用单格子模型设计复掺配方,在控制砾石含量不低于5%的基础上调整水泥掺量,通过单轴抗压试验对不同配合比的生土基块材进行测试。结果表明:水泥的掺入对含砾石生土材料的抗压性能有较大改善;当砾石含量控制在8%以下时掺入水泥,生土材料的抗压强度及变形性能有明显提高;当水泥掺量为15%时,含8%砾石的生土材料抗压强度及峰值位移可分别达到素土的3.4倍和1.3倍。

Study on formulation optimization of gravel and cement modified soil materials

Abstract:During construction of raw soil buildings,it is inevitable to contain gravel in the selected materials. In order to study the influence of cement content on compressive performance of the gravel bearing materials,single grid model was adopted to design compound formula,adjust the cement content under the condition of controlling the gravel content not less than 5%. Raw soil base piece with different mixing proportion was tested by uniaxial compression test. The test results show that the compressive performance of the gravel bearing raw soil is improved greatly by adding cement. When the gravel content is controlled below 8%,the compressive strength and deformation property of the raw soil material are improved obviously. When the cement content is 15%,the compressive strength and peak displacement of the raw soil material containing 8% gravel are 3.4 times and 1.3 times of that of the vegetable soil.
